SOLIGEN AND DTM SETTLE PATENT INFRINGEMENT SUIT

Northridge, CA, September 28, 1995 -- Soligen Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that its subsidiary Soligen, Inc. ("Soligen") signed an agreement to settle a patent infringement lawsuit brought against Soligen by DTM Corporation. "With this behind us, we can concentrate all our efforts on aggressively expanding our Parts Now business which provides customers with a 'one stop shop' for metal parts," said Yehoram Uziel, President and CEO of Soligen. Terms of the agreement have not been changed from the Memorandum of Understanding described in the Company's June 30, 1995 financials.
