  • 100 parts made from DSPC (AL tooling).

Approximate part size: 16" x 12" x 8"
Material: 356-T6 aluminum
Delivered:

  • DSPC 2-3 weeks cast machined and assembled
  • 4-5 weeks first article, production - 100 / week

Production casting method: Dry Sand Casting.
Special challenges: Fast tooling turn around.
